Holiday Return Policy:
We extend our return policy for holiday gift giving of purchases made between November 8th - December 23rd. Gift items must be in new condition, in original packaging, unopened with original tags attached & include a gift receipt. The last day to return holiday gift purchases is January 23rd, 2025.
Return Policy:
We accept returns in exchange for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date. Merchandise must be in new condition, unopened with tags attached and include the original receipt. Handbags, jewelry, accessories & Sale items are final sale. Our policy enables us to keep our prices low & continue to bring you new inventory daily!

We ship all of our orders via USPS. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $75.00.
We do offer in-store pickup to customers in our area! Please wait for us to email you that your order is ready to be picked up.
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store credit never expires. We get lots of new styles in everyday, so you can find something new if your purchase doesn’t work out!
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? Expect an emailed gift card credit within 3 business days of the delivery of your return.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment. This helps us keep our prices low.
- The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the receive date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with original tags attached. Shoes need to be unworn with the original box.
- Original receipt or invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email.
- Final Sale Items: Jewelry, hair accessories, lip balms, handbags/purses/backpacks, bralettes, bodysuits, shapewear, Flash Sale and Sale items 30% off or more are final sale.
- Once your return is processed, we will email you with your store credit that you can use at www.theninesshop.com or in our stores in Detroit Lakes, MN & Fargo, ND.
- Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.
